H&M Tenant Improvement - Sacramento, CA

Trident Electric performed a full electrical tenant improvement for a new H&M retail space at Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento, California. Working under a tight retail construction schedule, Trident provided temporary power and lighting to support ongoing construction activities while simultaneously installing permanent electrical systems for the finished space.

The scope included new electrical distribution and switchgear coordination, complete branch circuitry and power device installation, interior lighting and lighting control systems, and full Title 24–compliant lighting controls. Trident also installed the conduit and infrastructure for low-voltage systems, including fire alarm, security, access control, and telecommunications pathways, ensuring the space was fully prepared for final system integrations.

Despite schedule constraints typical of large retail rollouts, Trident Electric successfully delivered the project on time, coordinating closely with the general contractor and other trades to support store turnover and opening requirements.
