Shea Bickford Clubhouse New Construction – Lincoln, CA

Trident Electric completed the Shea Bickford Clubhouse new construction project in Lincoln, California, in coordination with Bayley Construction. The project required full electrical infrastructure installation for a hospitality facility. Scope included underground utilities, main power distribution, EV charging infrastructure, site lighting, low voltage systems, and Title 24 compliant lighting controls. Trident coordinated with the serving utility and other trades to ensure seamless integration of all electrical systems.

This project demonstrates Trident Electric’s capability to deliver comprehensive electrical solutions for hospitality and large-scale new construction developments.
