Lucid Motors Tenant Improvement – Rocklin, CA

Trident Electric performed a comprehensive electrical tenant improvement for Lucid Motors at their Rocklin, California facility. The scope included installation of PG&E primary and secondary lines, a new transformer pad, complete power distribution systems, exterior lighting, and multiple EV charging stations.

The project also incorporated underground work to support new infrastructure, installation and programming of Lutron Vive lighting controls, low voltage cabling, and Title 24–compliant systems.

Trident Electric served as the electrical subcontractor on this project, completing all scope and coordination directly with the client’s design and construction teams.
