KinderCare Lighting Retrofits Program – Northern California

Trident Electric delivered a large-scale, multi-site lighting retrofit program for more than 50 KinderCare learning centers across Northern California — including Sacramento, the Bay Area, and the Central Valley.

Our team removed and responsibly disposed of all interior, exterior, and site lighting, replacing each location with GC-provided LED fixtures including 2×4 and 2×2 troffers, surface-mounted luminaires, exterior wall packs, and pole lighting. New lighting controls were installed at every facility to ensure full Title 24 compliance.

All work was performed during nighttime hours, allowing KinderCare’s daytime operations to continue without interruption. Trident deployed three coordinated installation teams to meet the client’s aggressive turnaround schedule and delivered all sites on time.
